HOSPITALITY TEAM

Our contagiously friendly teams create one-to-one relationships with our guests to make them feel at home

  • You are the ultimate representation of our brand: Contagiously friendly, caring, and articulate about food & drink.

  • You are the first point of contact for our Guests and set the tone for the overall dining experience.

  • You ensure we deliver our brand to our guests, even if they are not dining inside our restaurants.

  • You are passionate about making hand crafted cocktails using farm fresh ingredients in our syrups and purees.

  • You are new to the industry and ready to grow! Food runners support our front of the house operations in delivering our promise of hot food delivered hot, and cold food delivered cold. You will get world class hospitality training and menu knowledge.

KITCHEN TEAM

Our culinary teams are passionate about consistently preparing distinctive menu items using fresh ingredients from local producers.

  • You love working with fresh, high-quality ingredients from local farmers.

  • You are passionate about consistently preparing distinctive menu items from an award-winning Executive Chef.

  • You love being in the heart of the action and an acute attention to detail. GOTOs serve as the bridge between the Heart of the House and the Front of the House to deliver our food 100% correct to our guests.

  • You like being active and supporting your teammates to make a truly exceptional Guest experience.

MANAGEMENT

Our managers are hands-on, servant-leaders focused on inspiring and developing our teams. We are committed to building a culture where our people come first.

  • Front of the House Floor Managers own the restaurant operations for their shift. They lead on the floor through servant leadership and exemplify our brand promises to our associates and guests.

  • The hospitality manager leads our front of the house operations. They are responsible for developing our front of the house staff to deliver our brand promises.

  • Marketing managers take the lead in the local tactics for the restaurant to grow our presence in the community.

  • The kitchen manager is the leader in the Heart if the House. They are in charge of HOH staffing, training and development.

  • Bar managers lead the bar operations. They are in charge of training the bartenders, bar inventory and growing our beverage program.

  • The general manager is the leader of the restaurant. They have demonstrated their leadership and knowledge in the other management positions and have all of the skills to lead restaurant operations.

SUPPORT CENTER

Most of our Support Center team started as associates and managers in our restaurants. We are dedicated to the success of our people and the company.
