MANAGEMENT
Our managers are hands-on, servant-leaders focused on inspiring and developing our teams. We are committed to building a culture where our people come first.

Front of the House Floor Managers own the restaurant operations for their shift. They lead on the floor through servant leadership and exemplify our brand promises to our associates and guests.

The hospitality manager leads our front of the house operations. They are responsible for developing our front of the house staff to deliver our brand promises.

Marketing managers take the lead in the local tactics for the restaurant to grow our presence in the community.

The kitchen manager is the leader in the Heart if the House. They are in charge of HOH staffing, training and development.

Bar managers lead the bar operations. They are in charge of training the bartenders, bar inventory and growing our beverage program.

The general manager is the leader of the restaurant. They have demonstrated their leadership and knowledge in the other management positions and have all of the skills to lead restaurant operations.
SUPPORT CENTER
Most of our Support Center team started as associates and managers in our restaurants. We are dedicated to the success of our people and the company.
