 Ken has over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and venture capital transactions, principally in the food industry. He is a former CPA and partner with the law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P. Ken serves on the Board of Silver's portfolio companies. Ken has also served as interim President of Desert Glory, Ltd. and MarketFare Foods, Inc. Ken holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and a law degree from the University of Texas School of Law.  Joseph has more than 15 years of middle market experience. After serving in the US Army, Joseph joined Arthur Andersen (AA). He spent 10 years at AA, providing advisory services, including audits, the sale of businesses, interim management and turnarounds. Joseph then left to become one of the original partners of Corporate Revitalization Partners, LLC, where he worked to improve underperforming companies and filling interim management roles. In is current role at Silver Ventures, Joseph is responsible for managing the financial aspects of the food portfolio. Joseph serves on the Board of several portfolio companies. Joseph holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia and is a former Certified Public Accountant. |
